Sep 02, 2015  Grinding a warped thin part flat I am attempting to grind a set of parallels (1/4" thick,6" long,1.5 high) flat within +/-.0002 on all surfaces. The problem is that they are warped from the hardening process and the chuck pulls them down and then they spring back(on the 1/4" thickness).
